He received his primary studies in Saudi Arabia, and middle school in the State of Kuwait, while he obtained a bachelor’s, master’s and doctorate from Temple University in the state of Pennsylvania in the United States of America, and following his return he was appointed to The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, then he was transferred by royal order to the Ministry of Culture and Information as Director General of the Central Department of Television, then was appointed to the position of Under-Secretary of the Ministry and Advisor to the Minister.
