Thiruvananthapuram∙ The makers of ‘The Kerala Story’ movie have corrected their claims. The part where 32,000 young women in Kerala have converted and joined IS has been reduced to three people. The YouTube description of the movie’s trailer has been changed. The new description of the trailer is the story of three young women whose lives are cut short.
The film’s director Sudeepto Sen had earlier said that he is sticking to the account of girls who left the country through religious conversion. He had said that the reference to 32,000 people will be convinced after watching the film and that the film was prepared after 7 years of research. It was during this time that the description was changed.
