Along with Amnesia, the new Outlast series, which is considered one of the two major mountain ranges of horror games that put pressure on the mind, will be available in May.

On the 11th, Red Barrel released a video announcing the Outlast Trial Early Access schedule through its official YouTube channel. According to this, the game will enter Early Access on Steam and the Epic Games Store on May 18th. Both versions do not support Korean, but provide English and French.

Outlast Trials depicts the experimentation process that takes place at the Murkoff Corporation facility, which conducts brainwashing and mind control experiments on humans during the Cold War, and collects documents and evidence necessary to prove the company’s negligence during the experiment there is. This flow can be seen through the video.

The core play deals with the process of avoiding, hiding, and running away from threatening enemies as in the previous work. However, unlike the previous single player, this title supports multiplayer with up to four players, and in addition to running away and hiding, more active countermeasures such as being able to stun enemies for a while are added. In addition, the map is also progressed in a chapter style that explores several places, not just one place.
