The shutters of the La Planeta theater in Girona will be raised again, after many months, to begin their particular “new normal”. The work It will be our secret, by Elies Barberà, Daniela Feixas and Marta Montiel and presented in the Verbatim cycle, will inaugurate the new post-confinement stage on the first weekend of July of the Girona room, which will adapt its capacity. This first work can be seen on Friday 3 and Saturday 4 (8.30 pm) and Sunday 5 (6 pm).
For the return to normality, the Girona room has designed one programming divided into two sections, from 3 to 26 July and from 5 to 26 September, which recovers much of the programming that was to be performed during the months of confinement. Thus, the weekend of July 11 and 12 will be performed No need to go to Havana, by Marc Artigau. It will be performed on July 18 and 19 Infanticide, the electronic opera by Clara Peya inspired by the work of Víctor Català. Infinity, by Andreu Casadellà will close the first section of programming on the weekend of 24, 25 and 26 July.
Yerma, by Federico García Lorca, will open the second section on the weekend of 5 and 6 September. They will also arrive in the room The Sleepwalkers, by Llàtzer Garcia (September 12 and 13), Broken Light, by Iguana Teatre (September 18 and 19), Oops! of Mobile Theater (September 20) i Brüels, from La Llarga (September 25 and 26).
Tickets will go on sale June 1 and spectators will have an assigned seat. Tickets purchased in advance will be valid for the new dates.
