Kinshasa is known for its bars, nightclubs and prostitutes’ houses which make the atmosphere electric every day of the week. According to a notable person in this capital of the DRC, the commune of Bandalungwa outclasses all other communes with more than 3,200 terraces and more than 1,000 hotels and prostitutes’ houses which operate 24/7.
“The future of the country is in danger. Kinshasa has a considerable number of terraces and prostitutes’ houses, the majority of which are in Bandal. The authorities must not fold their arms in the face of this poison which is killing young people at all levels,” said this notable.
In Bandalungwa, there is no longer any avenue without the presence of a terrace or a hotel but they follow one another for the happiness of drinkers and managers of these small businesses. Men and women from this part of Kinshasa, of all ages, ask only one thing: “Build us terraces please!”
Bandalungwa is the capital of ambiance in Kinshasa. Young and old people come from all corners of the city to enjoy some fresh air in this town where noise pollution is high. “You cannot say you are from Kinshasa or have passed through Kinshasa, without having set foot in Bandal. Kinshasa wouldn’t be so magical without the atmosphere it generates, they say, and everything is done to please. “You only live once” is everyone’s anthem.
