Jamil Saeed, the lawyer of the artist Hossam Habib, said that his client stated in the prosecution’s investigations that he responded the artist Sherine to his infallibility orally, after two weeks, in front of 4 witnesses, including producer Sarah Al-Tabbakh, Saeed Imam, Mansour Al-Ahmadi, Sherine’s driver, and Yasmine Reda.

Saeed continued by saying that he had been staying with her throughout that period in Sheikh Zayed’s villa, and denied threatening her with weapons.

Regarding the reasons for not renewing the weapon’s license, he said that his client had paid the renewal fees, but the similarity of his name to another person who had a case of dissipation led to the postponement of his receipt of the licence.

And the artist, Sherine Abdel Wahab, demanded to obtain a pledge from the artist, Hossam Habib, not to be exposed to her, during a report she made to the emergency police in Giza.
