The latest leaks reveal some details of the Apple iOS 16 update

The latest leaks clarified some details about the features of the upcoming Apple iOS 16 update, which reveals the end of Apple support for the iPhone 6s and the first generation of iPhone SE.

Apple’s annual Developers Conference kicks off next June, as the event begins on June 6 and continues until June 10, with one of the upcoming announcements from Apple about the iOS 16 update and other operating systems.

The new leaks have confirmed that Apple stops pushing software updates for the iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus and the first generation of the iPhone SE.

On the other hand, the leaks that came via “LeaksApplePro” indicated that phones that were launched with iOS 9 and got an upgrade to iOS 15 will not get new updates.

The leaks also referred to the “InfoShack” feature, which was referred to in previous leaks published in January, which will support iOS 16 users in obtaining interactive tools in the operating system or distinctive widgets of a large size.

The update also comes with a feature known as “Quick Actions” that supports accessing applications in lock screen mode via application shortcuts in notifications.

Apple is also scheduled to make some changes to the Files and Reminder apps, while the Mail app gets new features.

ApplePro leaks indicated that the Music app comes with a new feature known as “Apple Classical”, as this feature is expected to provide a paid subscription service to users that pushes user suggestions that match his favorite music.

An update is also scheduled to come with a new design for the Health app, a new vision for the Podcast app, and a new Focus mode.
