The Lebanese factions publish a summary of their operations against the Israeli army on the southern Lebanese border

Lebanon – The Lebanese faction movement’s military media published a summary of its operations carried out against the Israeli army on the southern Lebanese border yesterday, Saturday.

The movement’s military media explained in a statement: “In support of the steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and in support of their brave and honorable resistance, the Islamic Resistance carried out a number of operations against the positions and deployment of the Israeli enemy army on the Lebanese-Palestinian border on Saturday 04/06/2024, according to the following:

– Eastern sector (southern Lebanon):

1- At 16:10, the drone jamming system in the Al-Asi site was targeted with a swooping attack drone and was hit directly.
2- At 16:15, Al-Zaoura area was targeted with a Katyusha rocket launcher, in response to the Israeli enemy’s attacks on southern villages and towns, specifically in the town of Arnoun.
3- At 16:30, the Ruwaisat Al-Alam site in the occupied Lebanese hills of Kafr Shuba was targeted by a Burkan missile, and it was directly hit.
4- At 17:05, the Zibdin barracks in the occupied Lebanese Shebaa Farms were targeted with missile weapons and were directly hit.
5- At 20:50, an Israeli enemy Hormuz 450 armed drone was shot down over Lebanese territory.

– Western sector (southern Lebanon):

1- At 02:00, a gathering of Israeli enemy soldiers in the vicinity of the Ramya site was targeted with artillery shells.
2- At 11:50, the Al-Malikiyah site was targeted with a Burkan missile, and it was critically injured.
3- At 12:40, the Jal Al-Alam site was targeted and Israeli enemy soldiers deployed between the site and the Shlomi settlement with Burkan missiles, injuring them directly, as a response to the Israeli enemy’s attacks on southern villages and towns, specifically in the town of Marjayoun.
4- At 14:25, a gathering of Israeli enemy soldiers in the vicinity of the Shtoula barracks was targeted with missile weapons and was directly hit.
5- At 14:40, a gathering of Israeli enemy soldiers in the vicinity of the Shomera Barracks was targeted with artillery shells and was directly hit.
6- At 18:15, the Al-Jardah point was targeted by a Burkan missile and was hit directly.

The Israeli forces renewed their artillery shelling and air strikes on several sites in southern Lebanon.

The border between Lebanon and Israel is still witnessing tension, with the escalation of clashes between Hezbollah and the Israeli army against the backdrop of the killing of Revolutionary Guard leaders in an Israeli raid on the Iranian consulate in Damascus.
