The Municipality of Villa María turned on new LED lights on Colón Boulevard, at the entrance to the city from the south on Route 158.
The work has 100 new LED technology devices, to increase luminosity, reduce energy consumption and contribute to the environment, they reported.
The new luminaires were placed by the Lighting and Traffic Light team, dependent on the Ministry of Environment, Works and Public Services. These new devices were placed along the route between Boulevard Italia and the Atilra recreational complex.
“In this way, the replacement of old devices with modern LED technology devices strengthens the lighting capacity of the common spaces and circulation routes of the city, under a system suitable for remote management, which allows a remote relay to be carried out on the status of the entire lighting network, its time of use, among other parameters”, reported from the municipality.
As indicated, “all lighting projects carried out by the local government are diagrammed in compliance with current provincial regulations on Electrical Safety.”
