Everything would have started in Cartagena, where the two met at the launch of a production where Samaria was the protagonist. That day, the three of them had dinner at Fernán Martínez’s house. Taliana said in interviews with the media that the Valle del Cauca businessman had a hard time winning the former beauty queen’s first kiss, which took place weeks later in the city of Bogotá.

The two’s relationship progressed quickly and two years later they were married in a religious ceremony at the Hacienda La Rita del Ingenio Manuelita, in the area surrounding Palmira, on August 15, 2015.
One of the qualities that Taliana likes about her husband, Alejandro Eder, is simplicity and that’s how he asked her to marry him. “We were sitting in an empty, quiet restaurant and he started talking and I (surprised face) took out the ring and we started crying, then we kissed and we got married.” said the former queen.
