The regime of temporary flight restrictions at 11 airports in the south and central part of Russia has been extended until May 31, Rosaviatsia said. The ban applies to the airports of Anapa, Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Gelendzhik, Krasnodar, Kursk, Lipetsk, Rostov-on-Don, Simferopol and Elista.
The requirement for Russian exporters to sell 80% of foreign exchange earnings was reduced to 50%. The corresponding decree was signed by President Vladimir Putin. The requirement was softened for the first time in three months.
