A day laborer from the Indian state of Tamil Nadu returned home a few hours after his funeral, writes Kaumudi.
Murthy, a 55-year-old worker, went to the city of Tiruppur to harvest sugar cane and stopped communicating. Relatives were soon informed that the body of the father of the family was found near the bus stop.
The day laborer’s son recognized him as his father.
The police registered the death and gave the body to the family.
A few hours after the funeral, Murti returned home alive.
“We couldn’t believe our eyes when he entered the house. We were all in shock,” the family said.
Now the police are figuring out who was actually buried.
