While Russian forces continue to advance in the Donbass by bombarding the city of Sloviansk, a strong Ukrainian delegation of nearly 100 people discussed in Lugano the principles that should govern the reconstruction of the country. On Tuesday, on the last day of the Lugano Conference on the reconstruction of Ukraine that Kyiv co-organized with Bern, Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Chmyhal did not allow himself to be destabilized by the news from the front: “Yesterday and today [lundi et mardi]we discussed future plans [pour l’Ukraine]. This is something that gives us great hope.”
