And the ministry stated, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that “the Minister of the Environment, Nizar Amidi, obtained the approval of the Council of Ministers by Resolution No. (23020) for the year 2023 in Paragraph 45 in its last regular session by confirming the employees of the Ministry of Environment contracts on permanent staffing, which includes contractors before 2/ 10/2019”.
