Last July, the quality-price shield was expanded by a few dozen products in Martinique, while twelve convenience stores joined the program, bringing the number of participating stores on our island to 73. But the system, put in place a decade ago, remains poorly known to Martinicans and has failed to curb the recent surge in inflation.
