Al-Marsad newspaper: The media person, Jihan Al-Heddawi, revealed that her bank account was frozen inside the National Bank of Saudi Arabia, her interests were disrupted, and she was unable to access her money deposited with the bank, after her bank account was hacked.
Al-Hadawi said in a tweet via Twitter: “By God, enough is enough! The money is gone, my account and my cards are frozen, and I did it and took out new ones! It has been 4 days for me to withdraw the cards, not even transferring from my account and talking to them, they say everything is perfect, there are no problems!”.
And she continued, “Everything is a situation for me, even the remaining money. I can’t get it to the bank!”
It is reported that Al-Heddawi announced a few days ago that her bank account had been hacked. She added, “The bank was contacted to freeze the account and to file a complaint at the time. So far, the process has not been frozen, the amount has not been returned, or even contact with me.”
She continued, “I was asked for clarification regarding the disclosure of information to the impostor. I received two activation codes (one at two different times) and did not give it to anyone! How did the impostor come up with this activation code! Is there a hack in the bank system! The most secure method of protection is compromised?”
