The mother of the child abused in the state of Lara was arrested in Cúcuta, Colombia, reported the Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, on his social networks.
The same will be brought to Venezuela and will be charged with the crimes of commission by omission in sexual abuse, attempted homicide, distribution of pornographic material and criminal association.
The Council for the Protection of Boys, Girls and Adolescents will issue protection measures in favor of the minor, who is currently nine years old, while his mother will be subjected to criminal proceedings.
