One of the songs of the legendary British group Queen has mysteriously disappeared from a reissue of a compilation of the musical formation’s greatest hits, reports the Daily Mail.

The song “Fat Bottomed Girls”, released in 1978, ended up on the “Greatest Hits” compilation, released in 1981. 42 years later, Universal Records announced that a new version of this compilation would be available on the Yoto audio platform.

However, the latter is mainly aimed at young people and that could explain why the song written by guitarist Brian May would have disappeared from the compilation.

This great success of Queen was intended as a tribute to young men who appreciate women with more rounded shapes.

However, some lyrics of the song have been criticized by some Internet users, including these two excerpts:

«Left alone with big fat Fanny, she was such a naughty nanny. Big woman, you made a bad boy out of me»

(Left alone with fat Fanny, she’s been a perverse guardian. Fat woman, you made me a bad boy),

«Fat bottomed girls, you make the rockin’ world go round»

(Women with big butts, you make the earth turn the right way).

The disappearance of “Fat Bottomed Girl” has been denounced by members of the music industry, who are firing red balls at the “cancel culture” and the “woke” movement.

“It’s the hot topic in the industry right now. Nobody understands why such a well-meaning and funny song cannot be acceptable today”, mentions one of them.

“The woke movement has gone crazy. Why don’t we accept people of all shapes and sizes as society wants, rather than getting rid of them, ”claims another member of the music community.
