The facts were perpetrated, Sunday at the beginning of the afternoon, in the district of the avenue des Sapins, in Hèze in the entity of Grez-Doiceau.
Against the background of a quarrel linked to a palisade, a local resident born in 1964 violently attacked two of his neighbors. Armed with a knife, the suspect seriously injured one of the two, a man born in 1963, before fatally stabbing the second, a man born in 1948, twice in the back.
The latter, which we learned was Michel Abs, had intervened to separate and calm the other two.
Michel Abs was well known in the locality and in the sporting circles of the region and in football in particular. He played at Archennes and Grez.
He was also a member of the municipal advisory council for seniors (CCCA) in Grez-Doiceau.
An investigating judge descended on the scene, Sunday around 5:20 p.m.
The issue of an arrest warrant was requested against the alleged perpetrator for the murder of one of his neighbors and the attempted murder of the second.
