1,000 euros when you move into your first apartment, it’s never a refusal. This is what Action Logement will be offering from Thursday, February 18. Those under 25 who enter working life are affected by this bonus. The announcement was made Monday by the Minister Delegate for Housing, Emmanuelle Wargon. The measure is understood as an additional boost for young people, particularly affected by the health restrictions linked to the coronavirus.

Car Action housing, as noted by Europe 1, has been around for several years. In particular, it offers assistance for the geographical mobility of employees for relocations. The change is that these 1,000 euros are accessible even if you change accommodation near the old one or if you simply leave the family home.

There are of course a few conditions: being under 25, therefore, justifying a contract (from CDI to apprenticeship contract, etc.) signed in the last eighteen months, and earning less than 1.1 minimum wage (i.e. 1,710 euros). Of course, you have to be able to justify the lease of your new home. To engage the mechanism, simply go to on the Action logement website.
