True to form, Activision will launch its annual Call of Duty video game in the fall. The giant of the video game industry has silenced the rumors by announcing that it is about Call of Duty : Modern Warfare IIIwhich is scheduled for release on November 10.
It will soon be a year since the community of video game enthusiasts can launch games of the new version modern warfare IIthe PC version of which was worked on in Quebec with the Beenox studio.
Activision wanted to continue the fun, launching a new version of its sequel, modern warfare IIIfirst released in 2011. At the time, the first-person shooter set a sales record for the series, selling nearly 10 million copies on its release day.

As at the time, it is the Sledgehammer Games studio which will publish the game, which will be released on consoles and PC. It’s not yet known if Nintendo Switch owners will be able to have their version of the game, with the company recently signing a 10-year deal with Microsoft, if its acquisition of Activision-Blizzard goes ahead.
Bloomberg first reported in early 2022 that no premium video games would be released in 2023, breaking the tradition of releasing one game per year in the fall since 2005.
The video game Call of Duty : Vanguard, released in 2021, had not had the expected success. But modern warfare IIwhich was highly successful, caught up the following year, encouraging the developer to finally move forward with a new title in 2023.
Activision has been stingy with details in a short video announcing the title and release date of its next opus. Players can still expect to evolve in a universe in the middle of World War III, where the plot of the game modern warfare II ended.
