How does the body measure time?

Puberty, menopause, old age: how does the human body become aware of time and the passing years? What tells him that now is the time for certain things to activate and transform on a biological level? Biology teacher Jade-Anaïs Généreux-Gamache responded to a listener who wondered how the body measures time.
