It’s been a few weeks since Square Enix hinted at the redesign of one of the most famous scenes of Final Fantasy VI in version Pixel Remaster which will be available this week, February 23, on PC and mobile devices. Today, a new trailer has finally been released that includes a short snippet of Celes’ aria, and… yes, the music is indeed. sung, instead of using a synthetic voice as in the original episode. The publisher has also put the small dishes in the big ones, since the entire opera was recorded with singers in seven languages: Japanese, English, French, Italian, German, Spanish and Korean. The language of the song will depend on the one selected for the text.

The effort made on the music is doubled by a new visual staging using a technique comparable to the HD 2D ofOctopath Traveler or the remake of Live A Live recently announced, although the term is not used officially.
