The original anime Metallic Rouge by BONES is unveiled on video!

The official site of Metallic Rougeoriginal anime, has uploaded a promotional video – which was unveiled yesterday during theAnime Expo. We discover the protagonists, the android Red, and his partner Naomi; as well as their targets, the nine rebel androids called the “Nine Immortals”. The anime promises a great production!

This project will be released as part of Fuji TV’s +Ultra program next January. Crunchyroll promises to be broadcast internationally, with the exception of Asia, in simulcast. This “dark tech” anime takes place in a world in which humans and androids coexist. We follow Rouge, an android who is on a mission to Mars with her partner, Naomi. This mission ? Assassinate nine artificial humans who are hostile to the government.

The staff is really good, with Motonobu Hori (Carole & Tuesday) who is doing this project at the studio BONES. The famous Yutaka Izubuchi (Mobile Police Patlabord, Star Blazers 2199, RahXephon) provides composition and is also the chief director. Toshio Nemoto (Macross Delta) signs the scripts while the star Toshihiro Kawamoto (Cowboy Bebop) designs the characters. Taisei Iwasaki (BELLE) composes the music.
