Perhaps the past week in the ÖVP went according to a particularly cunning strategy of the ÖVP communications chief Gerald Fleischmann, copied by himself from his book “Message Control” about his time with Sebastian Kurz, chapter “SNU” (strategically necessary nonsense). But maybe it didn’t go according to plan at all, or worse, completely haphazard. Then the conservative hat burns brightly.
