The life of Umar Sharif, who brought laughter to the faces of people around the world, was full of sorrow, it was revealed in a podcast by Zareen Umar.
Recently Zareen Umar, the second wife of Pakistan’s number one comedian late Umar Sharif, participated in the podcast as a guest.
In response to a question, he said that the late legendary actor Umar Sharif used to worry about the health of his daughter Hira as her kidneys had failed. Regarding kidney donation, a law was enforced during that period that only family members can donate kidneys to a sick person, so Umar contacted all the family members, but no one’s kidney could be matched except for his elder brother.
He revealed that Hara’s elder brother refused to donate his kidney to his sister saying that she might face problems in the future.
Talking about Hira’s health, Zareen Umar further revealed that after that we made a lot of efforts to find a donor, meanwhile Umar’s first wife met Umar with a Christian man named Nabeel and said that her If the kidney is matched with Hira, if he gets married to Hira, he will be eligible to donate because according to the law, the husband was also included in the list who can donate the kidney to the affected person if the need arises.
He said that Hira was on dialysis, Umar gave his consent for the sake of his daughter and Nabeel accepted Islam by teaching him the kalma and got them married. Later, when Hara’s fistula suddenly worsened and it was time to donate a kidney, Omar’s first wife forbade him saying that they were married and had their whole lives left and they once again searched for a donor. Gave advice which worried Umar.
He said that Umar contacted his friend and got Nabeel investigated and it was found that his kidneys did not match with Hira, but Hira and Nabil liked each other from school life and lied on Hira’s wish. The first engagement was ended and Nabil was married. This made Umar very upset and Umar decided not to work after that.
During the conversation, he also revealed that the late actor and comedian gave his daughter Rs 2 crore for her treatment, which Hara’s elder brother did not like at all that the father’s wealth was going to his sister.
Zareen Umar also revealed regarding the late Umar Sharif’s ex-wife that when Shakeela Qureshi got divorced, the judge ordered to return all the property of Umar Sharif, Umar Sharif refused to take it, on which Shakeela Qureshi has continued to this day. She regrets that the decision to take Khula from Umar Sharif was wrong, because it was because of Umar Sharif that Shakeela Qureshi was Shakeela Qureshi.
