“The FODES always goes to the largest and most sustainable cities. If this FODES is redistributed in solidarity to the municipalities with the highest poverty indicators, it will help the municipalities that are at a disadvantage at this time.”
Given this, he expressed that the DOM was created making the citizen see that there was going to be a strong institution, with economic muscle and that it was going to assume the responsibilities of development of the municipalities.
