Mortada Mansour, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Egyptian club Zamalek, called on the officials of the Saudi Football Association to intervene in the issue of the Al-Taawoun club not paying the remaining dues from the transfer deal, Mustafa Fathi, the first football team player, as he mentioned.
The president of Zamalek said in statements to his club’s TV channel: “We did not get the rest of the dues for Mustafa Fathi’s transfer to Al-Taawon. I appeal to the Saudi Football Association to intervene in the event of non-payment at the end of July.”
Mortada Mansour confirmed that he did not think about the complaint of the Al-Taawoun Club to the International Football Association, out of respect for the Egyptian-Saudi relations, noting at the same time that he is waiting for an actual move in order to pay the remaining dues of Fathi’s transfer as soon as possible after he joined the cooperative ranks last January.
The president of Zamalek welcomed the return of Moroccan Ashraf Ben Sharqi to his team at any time, after the end of his contract with the club and his decision to embark on a new professional experience outside Egyptian stadiums.
