The price of gold plunged today, Monday, in Egypt, during trading, and the gram fell 150 pounds, compared to its level in the middle of trading, with the metal increasing globally, according to Naguib Club, former secretary general of the Gold Division at the Cairo Chamber of Commerce.
The price of a gram of gold fell 75 pounds at the beginning of trading, before it rose again with the same value in the middle of trading, and then fell again during trading.
Gold prices today
14 karat gold prices fell to 1100 pounds per gram.
The price of 18 karat gold decreased to 1414 pounds per gram.
The price of 21 carat gold fell to 1650 pounds per gram.
And the price of 24 carat gold fell to 1886 pounds per gram.

The price of the gold pound decreased to 13,200 pounds, and the price may vary from one trader to another, and this price is equal to the value of gold in the pound.
