The 500 kV circuit 3 line project from Quang Trach (Quang Binh) to Pho Noi (Hung Yen) includes 4 component projects; has a total length of about 519 km with 1,179 column foundation positions; Total investment is about 22,000 billion VND. The project goes through 211 communes and wards of 43 districts and towns in 9 provinces.
Speaking at the opening of the Conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh said that currently there is no shortage of total power capacity (about over 75,000 MW, while available power is about 50,000 MW), but in 2023 there will still be local power shortages. , the reason is due to poor management.
Therefore, in 2024, the Prime Minister has directed to focus on drastically and effectively implementing solutions to ensure electricity supply in 2024 and following years; At the same time, implementing solutions on staff work, officials who have not fulfilled their responsibility to ensure electricity supply in 2023 have been handled and are continuing to be handled according to regulations.
