Find out what you need to know about the 18th stage of the Tour de France 2023.

After the Alps and their harshness, the 18th stage of the Tour de France 2023 offers a rugged profile with 186 kilometers spread out between Moûtiers (stage town for the 4th time) and Bourg-en-Bresse (stage town for the 6th time). The route avoids bumps and should give pride of place to sprinters.

First “difficulty” : the category 4 climb of Chambéry-le-Haut at km 62.1 (1.6 km at 4.1%).

Second small difficulty : the coast of Boissieu (category 4, 2.4 km at 4.7%) at km 105.2.

On the last kilometer in a straight line, sprinters will have the opportunity to rediscover the sensations of their top speed.
