The Prosecutor’s Office detains those allegedly responsible for the murder of Deputy Director in Xalapa

Under an impressive operation by agents of the Ministerial Police, this Friday night they carried out three arrest warrants against two men and a teacher, as likely responsible for the murder of the Deputy Director of the “Adolfo Ruiz Cortines” primary school and injuries to a minor, the motive would have been presumed labor problems that the two teachers of the school sustained.

The detainees are: Daly Ariadna “N”, Juan Carlos “N” and Argenis “N”, the first is a teacher at the “Adolfo Ruiz Cortines” primary school, alleged intellectual of the crime.

Their detention took place on Úrsulo Galván street, when they were leaving the Prosecutor’s Office’s Early Attention Unit, after being released, after being detained in recent days when prohibited substances were found in their possession, but since they were found to be for their own consumption, the Prosecutor’s Office released them.

The day they were detained in the Arboledas del Sumidero housing unit, a yellow motorcycle was seized, which, when analyzed, turned out to be the unit that was used on September 21 for the execution of the teacher Elizabeth.

Ministerial Police, Prosecutors and experts contributed suitable, pertinent and sufficient evidence to the investigation folder, which, when assessed, allowed a Control Judge to issue arrest warrants, this very Friday.

According to reports, the motive for the crime was due to labor problems that teacher Daly Ariadna had due to her constant absences, with the Deputy Director, teacher Elizabeth.

The trigger was that in a fortnight the teacher Daly Ariadna got paid only three days, for which she complained to the deputy director Elizabeth.

The now detainee told one of the detainees about the problem she had with the Deputy Director, and in a meeting they planned the crime against the teacher.

A fourth involved is a fugitive, already has an arrest warrant and is wanted by the Ministerial Police.

That same night the three detainees were presented at an initial hearing before the Judge of Control and Oral Criminal Procedure of the XI Judicial District of Xalapa, within the criminal process 357/2022, accused as allegedly responsible for the crimes of injuries to minors caused in tort of a child with a reserved identity and femicide to the detriment of the teacher Elizabeth.
