The equivalent of a month of rain is expected there in just under 24 hours. Meteo France placed the Pyrénées-Atlantiques on orange “rain-flood” vigilance, Wednesday September 28. The alert is extended Thursday. Over the last six hours, Météo-France has noted: 34mm in Biarritz, 47mm in Bidache, 31mm in Pau.
