The Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) announced on June 29, 2022 that Radiology, the Society’s flagship journal, significantly increased its impact factor in 2021, according to the new 2022 Citation Reports Update from Clarivate Analytics. Log. Radiographics has also grown its influence for the teaching of the specialty.
The Journal Radiology now has an impact factor of 29,146 in 2021, up from 11,105 in 2020, was cited 76,068 times in 2021, and ranks first in impact factor among journals in the Radiology, Nuclear Medicine and medical imaging. For the past two years, the journal has been a leader in publishing research, statements, and commentary on COVID-19 focused on medical imaging.
