This Thursday the readjustment of the Circunvalación and Capdevila distributor was enabled for vehicles. The work will improve the flow of traffic in the sector.
The work cost $750 million and was fully financed by Caminos de las Sierras, a concessionary company of the Cordoba Access Network (RAC), with funds from toll collection.
Governor Juan Schiaretti led the act and said: “The Córdoba Beltway is 47 kilometers long, it is the longest in Argentina; we finished it and added the third lane, and now we are adding six interchanges, six new distributors, of which, with today’s one, we have completed five”.
Likewise, Schiaretti announced that next week the Camino San Antonio distributor will be enabled.
The works included the construction of roundabouts at the intersection with the collectors; the widening and resurfacing of Capdevila avenue at the lower intersection of Circunvalación avenue.
Likewise, the construction of new connection branches was carried out, and the readjustment of the existing branches and collector streets. In addition, defense barriers were installed and demarcation and signaling tasks were carried out.
