The results of the drug test conducted by the Prime Minister of Finland appear

The results of a drug test that Finnish Prime Minister Sanna Marin underwent came negative, as she wanted to “dispel doubts”, her circles announced, Monday, after a video clip in which she appeared dancing sparked a wave of criticism.

The Prime Minister’s Special Adviser stated that Paul Marine had been tested for the presence of drugs such as cocaine, amphetamines, cannabis and opiates.

“A drug test conducted by Prime Minister Sanna Marin on August 19, 2022, did not reveal the presence of drugs,” Marine’s office said in a statement, adding that a doctor signed the results.

The statement added, “The examination was complete. We did not choose the method of conducting the examination.”

A video leaked last week showing 36-year-old Sanna Marin dancing and partying with a group of friends and celebrities sparked controversy around the world.

Some interpreted the comments in the video as referring to drugs, which sparked a heated debate on social media, and the Prime Minister vehemently denied using drugs.

“To dispel any suspicion, I conducted a drug test on Monday,” Sana Marine told reporters.

The prime minister had previously said she had “spent an evening with friends” and that the videos were “filmed in private places”.

She admitted that she drank alcohol. After denying drug use, she confirmed that none of the attendees had taken drugs.

“I’ve never used drugs in my life, not even during my adolescence,” she said.

And Sanna Marin, who was appointed prime minister in 2019, was criticized after holding parties in her official residence.

And in December 2021, she was severely criticized for dancing until the early hours of the morning after she had contact with a person infected with the Covid epidemic caused by the Corona virus.

An opinion poll conducted at the request of the Finnish channel MTV3 at the time showed that two-thirds of respondents considered what she had done was a “fatal mistake”.
