The draft Resolution remains the same as Resolution No. 85/2014/QH13 with 18 articles, of which 13/18 articles are amended and supplemented and 2 new forms are added.

At the same time, in order to have an implementation mechanism, the draft Resolution needs to be adjusted in the direction that in case the person receiving a vote of confidence or vote of confidence has the right to resign, it is necessary to determine a time limit for them to exercise this right. ; If they do not resign after that time limit, the National Assembly and People’s Council will carry out the next procedures.
