The Russian Foreign Ministry said that Belarus would not participate in the special operation. The task of the joint grouping of troops of the Russian Federation and Belarus is to repel a potential enemy in the event of an invasion of the territory of the republic, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin told RIA Novosti.
