The Saudi Crown Prince arrives in Qatar to attend the opening of the World Cup

The Qatari Amiri Diwan reported the arrival of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to Qatar, in the early hours of Sunday, to attend the opening ceremony of the FIFA World Cup.

The visit of the Crown Prince comes in response to the invitation of Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar, to attend the opening ceremony of the FIFA 2022 tournament, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).

Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih, Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Engineer Ahmed bin Suleiman Al-Rajhi, Secretary to the Crown Prince, Dr. Bandar bin Obaid Al-Rasheed, and Deputy Chief of Royal Protocols Rakan bin Muhammad Al-Tubaishi.

Fans of the round witch around the world are looking forward to the start of the most prominent football event when the 2022 World Cup competitions open in Qatar with the Qatari national team’s match against its Ecuadorian counterpart at Al Bayt Stadium in Al Khor.

The 2022 World Cup opens with a historic confrontation, which is the first participation of the Qatari team in the World Cup finals, and it qualified as the representative of the host country, while Ecuador returns to the World Cup after an absence of 8 years.
