The Senate Finance Committee, chaired by Claude Raynalet, whose general rapporteur is Jean-François Husson, is launching its control program for 2023.
This program includes 33 controls carried out by the rapporteurs of the Finance Committee, to which will be added 3 inquiries requested from the Court of Auditors, pursuant to article 58-2° of the LOLF. Moreover, 4 new investigations are requested from the Court for staggered discounts until the end of 1is quarter 2024.
The committee also decided on the constitution of two fact-finding missions with the aim of:
– to establish a European comparison tax measures and business aid ;
– to analyze funding methods for mobility organizing authorities (AOM).
