The bride of the pyramid, Hajar Essam, in Egypt, caused a sensation on social media, after her death on her wedding night in her apartment.

She died of happiness
Islam Hassan, the bride’s husband, said: “Hagar was so happy that we got married. One of her colleagues called me and said to me: She died of so much joy that you got married,” according to Al-Masry Al-Youm.

He explained that he had been away from his lover for 5 years in Dubai in order to collect money with which he could marry, and during that period he did not see her and was talking to her only by phone, adding: “On the third of this January, I came to Cairo and made her a surprise.”

He added: “Our joy was supposed to end at 6 in the evening, and she asked me to provide an hour and I agreed because she was very happy, and after the joy we drank juice, and we imagined a lot of strong in Arabic.”

He pointed out that after the joy ended and they arrived at the marital home, his wife was very happy: “The one who was so happy did not want to take off her dress, and we imagined a lot inside the apartment.”

He indicated that they prayed two rak’ahs, then asked her not to be ashamed of him: “I told her, ‘Enter as if you were in your father’s house. Take a shower,’” adding: “I sat for about 35 minutes in the bathroom, so I was surprised and her thought was blocked when I banged on the bathroom door and passed out, so I came back to my place again. After about 12 minutes, I knocked on the door again and opened the locker door with a kitchen knife.”

It was not caused by a gas leak
He confirmed that his wife did not die due to a gas or steam leak, as was reported, explaining that she had passed out, then spoke to his cousin and his sister’s husband, who brought a pharmacist and asked them to take her to the hospital and she had died, concluding: “Hajar is happy, I feel more about her now.”
