The quartet singer Gabriel Iruela passed away in the last hours as reported by his mother to friends and to YOU.
A month ago, Iruela had been diagnosed with a tumor attached to his lungs. He was admitted to intensive care when his health became complicated this Tuesday.
His death occurred at 7:20 p.m., at which time the doctors reported the death to his family.
His career in the quartet
It started in the seedbed of Trulala and when Cristian Amato separated and formed La Fiesta, Iruela went with him, although some time later he returned to be part of Trula again.
He then continued as part of La Makina, returned to La Fiesta and his latest project was La Máxima.
On that occasion, when he released La Máxima after being off the scene for a while, he had told VOS: “I am very happy. It is a new stage, a new shirt; It is a band that is beautiful, that sounds beautiful… I feel that I have lived again (…) Thank God the affection of the people has always endured. Social media helped a lot. And also in the street; I ran into people out there who kept thinking, as if to say ‘I know this guy from somewhere’”.
