13th South Zone Pistol held at Vattyoorkau Shooting Range
The shooting championship will conclude today. Around 580 shooters from the states of Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Karnataka, Andhra and Telangana participated in the championship.
The events are 10m air pistol, 25m standard pistol, 25m center fire pistol, 25m sports pistol and 50m free pistol. Shooters who qualify from the South Zone Championship will participate in the National Shooting Championship. The championship started on the 5th of this month.
Dronacharya Prof Sunny Thomas inaugurated the championship. The conclusion of the championship and prize distribution will be held today at 4 pm. Vattyoorkao Shooting Range will also host the 16th All India GV Mavlankar Shooting Championship from 16th to 22nd of this month.
