Leaks published by technical sites revealed the specifications and settings of the “Neo 6” and “Z6” phones, which the Chinese company “iQoo” is preparing to launch in the next few days, which fall under the middle category.
Reports stated that the “Neo 6” phone will have a 6.6-inch E4 AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
The curved screen with a resolution of “FHD +” (1080 x 2400 pixels) comes with a centrally aligned hole for the front camera.
According to the leaks, the phone is powered by the most powerful processor so far in the world of smartphones, which is “Snapdragon 8 Gen 1”, developed by the American company “Qualcomm”, which works in conjunction with a kind of heat dissipation system, with 12 GB of RAM. (RAM) and 256 GB of internal storage.
Reports indicated that the new phone will run on the “Android 11” or “FunTouch OS 12” operating system, depending on the market.
The phone includes a 4700 mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging.
iQoo Z6
As for the iQoo Z6, it will have a 6.58-inch screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and wide color gamut coverage “DCI-P3”.
The phone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 octa-core processor with a 6nm architecture, paired with LPDDR4X random access memory.
According to reports, two versions of the smartphone will be launched, the first comes with 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage space, and the other will come with 8 RAM + 128.
The phone lacks microSD card support, which means that users are limited to only 128 GB of internal storage.
The phone contains a 4200 mAh battery that supports 18W charging.
Connectivity options for the phone, which comes with two SIM cards, include support for 5G networks, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS, a 3.5 mm audio jack, and a USB port. Type C.
The company, also owned by the Chinese company Vivo, states that its new iQoo Z6 phone features a five-layer liquid cooling system that is claimed to reduce the phone’s surface temperature by about 3 degrees, and the CPU temperature by about 10 degrees while playing heavy-loaded games.
As for photography, the iQOO Z6 phone features a triple camera setup. The camera module includes a 50-megapixel main sensor with f/1.79 aperture, an 8-megapixel wide-angle camera and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. The phone includes a 16-megapixel selfie camera.
And the company announced, through its account on the “Twitter” website, that it intends to officially launch the new phone tomorrow, Wednesday, in India.
The price of the phone is said to be less than 18,000 Indian rupees (about $252).
