Does the SPÖ have three or two votes on the board of the Spittal Waste Management Association? In order to guarantee the maximum, the state’s environmental department – as reported – refused to recognize the original vote ratio (2 SPÖ, 2 ÖVP, 1 FPÖ), pushed through the distribution of 3 SPÖ, 1 ÖVP and 1 FPÖ by notice and was subsequently pushed through not only “corrected” by the Carinthian State Administrative Court, but even by the Administrative Court in Vienna. The department of State Environment Councilor Sara Schaar (SPÖ) specifically called the latter.
