Having trouble accessing Twitch? You’re probably not the only one affected. The live streaming service is currently affected by a major outage which prevents the platform from being used in good conditions. In fact, it is simply out of service.

A Twitch bug on PC as on mobile

By connecting to it, no more content is offered on your interface. Also, all the channels followed by an account have disappeared, as Frandroid could see via one of the accounts belonging to a member of the editorial staff. The bug occurs on both mobile and PC.

A few minutes later, we could see that certain categories of games could reappear on the main page of the site. By clicking on it, however, no content is found. Problem: by refreshing the page, these said categories then disappeared.

On Down Detector, reports exploded to over 6,000 in less than half an hour. On Twitter, this problem is not yet listed in trends, but the Twitch Support page has already communicated on it.

Twitch explains that it is investigating a problem preventing the loading of content, without giving further details or explanations. At 7:44 p.m., the posted message has already been seen by 357,000 users, for more than 3,000 retweets.
