2023-08-02 22:02:30

Mother Nature lent itself to the game, with a clear sky, to allow us to see last night and tonight the super Moon of the Sturgeon.

The star appeared up to 15% larger and 30% brighter than usual as it orbited regarding 384,000 km away from us.

on beauce.com received some pictures of the phenomenon, including those of Rachel Boisjoli, a resident of the Saint-Henri district in Montreal, as well as the photos of Pier-Anne Giroux of Saint-Luc-de-Bellechasse. We would like to thank them for allowing us to publish their screenshots.

The next supermoon is announced for August 30.
