Accused for months of being passive in the face of the continuous surge of cyberattacks, the Federal Council is taking action. Last Friday, the authorities announced two very important measures to combat cybercrime. The first was to place the National Center for Cyber Security (NCSC) within the Federal Department of Defense (DDPS). As we will see, this measure has drawn criticism.
