After the first plenary meeting, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Congress reviewed the comprehensive report of the Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee on the handling of the suggestions, criticisms and opinions of the deputies of the 13th Provincial People’s Congress, personnel matters, relevant draft lists, draft agendas, draft decisions, explanations, report etc.
The second plenary meeting voted to approve the list of appointments and removals of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Congress (see the second edition for details). The meeting decided to appoint Lin Wenbin as the vice governor; due to work needs, Lin Ruiliang was removed from the post of Secretary General of the provincial government, and Fu Chaoyang was removed from the post of director of the Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment; Wu Nanxiang was appointed as the Secretary General of the Provincial Government, and he was removed from the Provincial Department of Commerce The post of director; Xu Birui was appointed as the director of the Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment.
