Al-Marsad Newspaper: Consultant cardiology and catheterization, Dr. Khaled Al-Nimr, warned; It is a wrong food habit for diabetics and heart patients.

Al-Nimr said, on his Twitter account: “I noticed that some heart and diabetes patients cannot dispense with coffee following sunset with a plate of dates complete with tahini.”

He added, “It is correct: the elderly parents must help find healthy and beneficial alternatives to the date dish following sunset (fruits, nuts, three dates, etc.), while taking the patient to practice walking following that.”
